Rating: - Let's hope it's a warm "Summer Breeze" for the sake of SF Weeks ago, I decided that I would get a dishwasher. So, after 20 yrs since I'd bought my first set of Mikasa Stoneware I decided I didn't have enough dishes to warrant getting a dishwasher. I ran into this pattern and dicided how up-lifting it was. My home consists of alot of blue. I have a kitchen with old California tile in Yellow. However, I am disapppointed that "Summer Breeze" isn't on sale. What I had intended to do was, to buy two services of four = eight. In addition, purchasing two more place settings, having a full service of 10. Eight, not being enough and twelve, being too much. That's something I saw in the movie "Sleepless in Seattle". It made perfect sense to me. It all comes out to be quite costly, not to mention the fun other pieces I should want to add to this set. I understand the company will be having a wearhouse sale sometime on October. I might have to keep checking and wait until then. Meanwhile, I will be getting a good deal on a dishwasher. sincerely, Barry in Oakland Rating: - Beautiful Table Setting My sister got me involved with this Pfaltzgraff pattern and I am so happy she did. The stoneware is of very good quality and the colors are all very uniform. I do notice that it is a little easy to get scratches on the plates, but the Pfaltzgraff cleaner takes the scratches out quite easily. I recommend this pattern as there are many great pieces to go along with it. If you don't care for this pattern, Pfaltzgraff offers many others. Enjoy!
