This is the second SD card I bought from SanDisk. I love the SD form factor, and they seem to have the best price.Like others, though, I had some problems at the beginning. For example, my first one worked only in a Palm, but not on a Pocket PC or in a PC card reader. BUT then I discovered something that solved all of my problems. It seems that right out of the box, the card is not formatted properly. So I downloaded the new File Manager update for my Palm m515 (which corrects an issue with >128MB SD cards), reformatted the card on the Palm, and now the card works flawlessly on all devices! And I believe that there are SD card updates for some Pocket PC devices as well. Now I'm able to play MP3's from it while also dragging-and-dropping files to and from the card...pretty cool.
Rating: - Great product must have for any Pocket PC user.
I just got a Toshiba e310 and although 32MB is a big step up from my old 8MB Handspring I need more. This 256MB SD card is great. I keep all my mp3s and files on here. I've had no problems with it at all. I would be nice if it had a larger capacity like the compact flash cards, but it doesn't put nearly as much strain on my batteries so its worth it. For anyone with a Pocket PC, this is a must have!
Rating: - Lots of memory and no problems
This product worked fine for me. I am using it on my BA350 player and I just plugged it in and away it went. No hassles. I have to say I was a little nervous before receiving the product based on some of the reviews but I think most problems have been product specific. Unexpected positive: the battery on my player appears to run alot longer when playing music from the this card. Unexpected negative: transferring is at a rate of about 70KB/s as opposed to the 250-300 KB/s when transferring to the players internal card. I am guessing this is something to do with the BA350 and not the card though.
